We strive to ship stock merchandise in 1-2 days. We do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Custom orders require additional time, depending on the product. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return for a refund or an exchange for the same product or another product of equal value.
You may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of delivery and all products must be in the condition you received. NO RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS. There is a 15% restocking fee on returns (does not apply to defective merchandise or faulty shipments).
Please note that it takes 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location. Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an e-mail from Guardian Packaging confirming this.
Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. Guardian Packaging will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).

Enclose a copy of the order receipt, packing slip, or invoice. We will credit for the product only once received. Must be in resale condition, including the original carton.
Exchanges: you will be refunded the original purchase price once we receive the item and you place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
All returns will only be credited to the original purchasing credit card number.
